Ella and Sofia's services are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read the following carefully as it will be deemed that you have accepted these terms by visitng our site and purchasing from Ella and Sofia.

Product Lead Times  Please note that most of our product is made to order. Our approximate lead times are between 2 - 6 weeks, however if there are any delays we will advise you immediately of estimated lead times and give you the opportunity to choose from the following options: cancel your order with full refund; the choice of an alternative product; a credit note to the value of your order (valid for 6 months from date of issue).

Ordering Options  Online is our preferred and fastest method of ordering. However if you would like to call us please do so on +61 2 8004 1604. Payment Methods are available via: purchasing through our online store; pay pal; direct bank deposit; EFT; bank transfer;  Mastercard; visa, cheque and money order (cheque and money orders please make payable to Ella and Sofia). Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/ or to inform you of special promotions. Any designer work imported for the exclusive distribution by Ella and Sofia in Australia and New Zealand, remains under the copyright of these designers and is being imported and sold by Ella and Sofia due to agreements made with each designer entity. We will inform them of any breech to copyright where they may seek further action. The contents of our website is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by the owners of Ella and Sofia.

Samples and Wallpaper Specifications  Due to the process of printing, each batch of wallpaper may differ slightly from a custom sample or those shown in our sample book. Project materials should be ordered to specifications to reduce the risk of slight colour discrepancies. All custom wallpapers are made to order and cannot be returned. Colour  All wallpapers are supplied in 10 metre rolls either by 52cm or 72cm wide, in varying repeats. Colours in samples or sample books and on the website, are examples and designs can be customised to suit client specifications.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods

Wholesale Orders   Please login with your account number and password. If you do not have a trade account with us, please contact us or call +61 2 8004 1604. A wholesale application will need to be approved before a login and password can be issued.

(Please note that custom design and product development are not done via the website and you will need to contact the showroom +61 2 8004 1604 for any custom enquiries).

All Ella and Sofia product remains under the copyright and ownership of Ella and Sofia. This includes any custom design work and development. If this is breached Ella and Sofia will seek further action. This includes but is not limited to; artwork, product, text, images, graphics, logos which are owned by Ella and Sofia. All rights reserved.

Any designer work imported for the exclusive distribution by Ella and Sofia in Australia and New Zealand, remains under the copyright of these designers and is being imported and sold by Ella and Sofia due to agreements made with each designer entity. We will inform them of any breech to copyright where they may seek further action.

Payment is required in full prior to delivery. Goods and services tax is payable on all products, designs and services sold to Australian clients.  Freight costs are to be paid by client and will be quoted on each individual order. Ella and Sofia will organise delivery with a third supplier unless specified differently by the client. Payment can be made via EFT, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Cash or Cheque.

Estimated delivery for wholesale orders is between 2 - 12 weeks (depending on product) and client will be notified of lead times when placing orders. For all online wholesale orders expected delivery times are between 2 - 6 weeks (except for furniture). Ella and Sofia will notify our clients of any delays to orders immediately.

Warranty and Guarantee  All Ella and Sofia product has been made with the highest quality products and care. If there is any manufacturing fault or transit damage when delivery has been arranged by us, Ella and Sofia will replace the product.

Cancellations  Any Ella and Sofia collection orders cancelled by clients will retain a 30% processing fee charged on the entire order. Any cancellations on custom orders by clients will retain 50% of the entire order. 

Price Lists published by Ella and Sofia may be changed without notice. Please note that Ella and Sofia does not take part in consignment arrangements for our products. 

Production of orders will only commence once the agreed payment terms of each individual order is fulfilled.
